Nambya, ko Nanzwa / Nanzva, yare ne na mutanen nBantu da mutanen Nambya ke magana da shi. Ana kuma magana da shi a arewa maso yammacin Zimbabwe, musamman a garin Hwange,[3][4] tare da speakersan masu magana a arewa maso gabashin Botswana. Ko dai an rarrabashi azaman yare na Kalanga ko kuma matsayin yare mai alaƙa da juna. Tsarin mulkin Zimbabwe, musamman Dokar Ilimi, kamar yadda aka yiwa kwaskwarima a 1990, ya amince da Nambya da Kalanga a matsayin yarukan asali na asali.[5]

Nambya yare ne daga tonal . Yana da tsarin wasula 5 mai sauƙi da tsarin tsarin sauti-wasali (CV) na zamani. Harshen yana da baƙaƙe masu farawa, amma kuma waɗannan an ƙayyade su ga matsayin farkon-kalma, wanda ya sa Nambya ta zama ruwan dare na yarukan Kudancin Bantu.[6]
